This should be a fun afternoon for all of our kiddos and any other child (or adult) with special needs. The afternoon will be geared towards children but people with all ages are invited to attend, as well as their siblings. You do not have to live in Warrick County to attend the event. Among the activities offered will be free rides for the children, and since this event is closed to the general public, our children will be able to enjoy the rides and all of the other activities at their own pace.
This is the first year for the event and is the idea of a fair coordinator who heard about a county in northern Indiana running a similar event. She thought it would be a great idea for Warrick County as well. Let’s help make the first year a success so our children can continue to enjoy a day of their own at the fair for years to come. Feel free to let anyone else know who has a child with special needs. Thank you!
