S.M.I.L.E. on Down Syndrome is a 501(c)3 which provides services to all families who have a loved one with Down syndrome in the tri-state areas of Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois! We are able to continue our mission thanks to amazing donations from corporate sponsors and individual sponsors in our area.

Although the S.M.I.L.E. Mile is our biggest fundraiser every year, we accept donations year-round. Without the continual support of our community, we would not be able to offer the invaluable services we do to the individuals and families we serve.
